Hilda Baci Targets Guinness Record With 250 Bags of Rice Jollof Feast

Nigerian celebrity chef and Guinness World Record holder, Hilda Baci, has unveiled plans to cook 250 bags of rice in a single attempt as she seeks to set a new record for the world’s biggest pot of jollof rice.

In a video shared on her social media platforms, the renowned chef announced that preparations are underway for the historic cooking marathon, which is expected to attract food lovers, cultural enthusiasts, and international attention.

Hilda, who shot to global fame after breaking the record for the longest cooking marathon in 2023, said the new challenge is aimed not only at showcasing Nigerian cuisine but also at reinforcing the country’s culinary pride on the global stage.
