Nigerian entertainer, Alhaji Popping, has opened up on a terrifying near-death experience in which he was targeted by unknown gunmen and shot at ten times.
Speaking in a recent interview, the artist said the incident, which happened two years ago, left him traumatized but also strengthened his resolve to live with purpose.
“I was shot at ten times, and by God’s grace, none of the bullets took my life. It was the scariest moment of my life. Surviving that day made me realize life is fragile and should never be taken for granted,” he recounted.
Alhaji Popping explained that while he escaped with minor injuries, the event forced him to reflect deeply on his career, relationships, and spirituality. He credited his survival to divine intervention and said the experience changed his outlook on fame and success.
The entertainer added that he now uses his platform to inspire others, stressing the importance of resilience, faith, and staying focused despite challenges.
