Nigerian music star and entrepreneur, Oluwatosin Ajibade, popularly known as Mr Eazi, has revealed a major shift in his career path following his marriage to billionaire heiress and actress Temi Otedola.
The Skin Tight crooner disclosed that he is officially transitioning from being a performing artist to focusing full-time on investment and business development across Africa. According to him, his passion has evolved from creating music to creating opportunities for others.
Speaking about his decision, Mr Eazi said, “Music opened doors for me, but my true calling has always been building businesses and empowering others to grow. I see myself more as an investor now than an entertainer.”
Through his investment company, Zagadat Capital, and his creative accelerator, emPawa Africa, Mr Eazi has already made significant strides in supporting African startups in technology, entertainment, and fintech sectors.
Fans and industry watchers have praised his transition, describing it as a bold move that reflects maturity and long-term vision. Many also believe his partnership with Temi Otedola who comes from one of Nigeria’s most business-minded families could further strengthen his entrepreneurial journey.
